FUJI carried a 1 year limited wok material only
warranty from date of purchase. Unused or defective merchandise can be
exchanged within 7 days from date of purchase with proper receipt and
original packaging. No good will be accepted for credit or exchange
without our authorization. A basic cost will apply for repair of wok
handle or any accessory parts. This warranty does not apply to damage
resulting from pounding, smashing, accident, improper handling, misuse,
and cosmetic. (Please refer to the following items) FUJI is made for
normal residential stove cooking only, not responsible for any damage
resulting from misuse in stove with high B.T.U. (high heat). Due to vary
in cooking habit, this warranty does not apply to the performance of
wok.
- Cooking Suggestion: Make sure oil is hot (oil is hot, when smokes
appeared), then MUST REDUCE to a LOW heat before cooking.
- If food “sticks” on the wok, it could mean oil is not hot enough
(smokes should appear), OR oil is hot, but neglected to reduce the
temperature to LOW. *Cleaning method when food is “sticks” on the wok:
simply add water and heat water to warm. This will make cleaning easier.
- DO NOT use any sharp object, such as the corner of the wok turner etc.
to pound on the surface of the wok. DO NOT apply any “abrasive” cleaner
on the wok. To clean the wok, simply apply “mild” detergent, and then
rinse with water.
